Return & Refund Policy
All DreamBull Coffee products are freshly roasted and made to order.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at Dreambullspace@gmail.com
and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Flavor preference or personal taste
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Refused or abandoned packages
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
DreamBull Coffee reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet the above conditions.
